Description
Model 209 is a classic penny loafer in black, with the strap and slot across the saddle. It is made from start to finish in our factory in Ein Arab, Hebron, as NABOLY footwear has been since 1948.
A shoe with nothing to fasten
A penny loafer is the simplest formal shoe there is — the foot goes in and the saddle holds it. That puts all the weight on getting the opening right, which is a cutting-table job rather than a design one. Black, EU 39 to 45. It is the model to stock for customers who want something they can step into and still wear with a suit.
Where it sits in the range
Loafers and moccasins are the shoes customers buy when they want something they can step into. They live or die on the opening, which is why we cut them on our own lasts rather than bought-in ones.
Sizes and colors
Model 209 is made in black, in EU 39–45. Not every color runs in every size — the size menu on this page shows what is actually in stock for the color you pick. A laceless shoe should feel snug on the first day — it will ease, and a loafer that starts loose stays loose.
Ordering for a shop
Retailers can mix this model with others in the same case. Minimum quantities, color and size breakdowns and lead times are all set per order — ask through the wholesale page.
