NABOLY supplies retailers, distributors and importers across the region and beyond. If you are placing a wholesale footwear order with us for the first time, this is how the process works from first inquiry to delivered carton.
How an order is structured
Wholesale orders are placed by model number, with a color and size breakdown for each model. A typical line looks like this:
Model 105, brown, EU 40–45 — 6 / 8 / 10 / 10 / 8 / 6 = 48 pairs.
You do not have to guess the curve. Tell us the market you are selling into and we will suggest a size breakdown based on what moves there; you adjust it from your own sales history.
Step by step
- Inquiry. Send us the models you are interested in through the wholesale inquiry form, or message us directly. Model numbers from the catalog are the fastest way to be precise.
- Quotation. We reply with current pricing, available colors, minimum quantities per model and lead times. Wholesale pricing is quoted separately from the retail prices shown on this site and is confirmed in writing.
- Breakdown agreed. You confirm the color and size split per model. This is the point to raise anything specific — packaging, labeling, or a color we do not currently stock.
- Order confirmation. We send a written confirmation covering quantities, price, payment terms and the dispatch date. That document governs the order.
- Production and dispatch. Stock models usually ship within a few days. Made-to-order colors and larger quantities take longer, and we confirm the date before you commit.
Lead times
Lead time depends on whether the models are in stock and on the size of the run. As a rough guide: stock models in standard colors leave the factory within days; a made-to-order color across several models runs to a few weeks. We confirm a firm date in the order confirmation rather than giving an estimate you cannot plan around — if something slips, you hear it from us before it affects you.
Shipping
We ship locally, regionally and worldwide from Ein Arab, Hebron. Pairs are boxed individually and packed into cartons by model and size. The shipping page covers how we pack and dispatch; freight terms, carrier and incoterms are agreed per order, because what makes sense for a pallet to Amman is not what makes sense for an air freight sample set.
What to have ready
You will get a faster and more accurate quotation if you can tell us:
- The model numbers you want, and the colors.
- Approximate total quantity per model.
- Your market and typical size curve, if you know it.
- Your destination country and preferred delivery terms.
- Whether you need own-brand boxes or labeling.
Samples and first orders
If you have not worked with us before, it is normal to start with a small sample set of two or three models so you can see the leather, the construction and the sizing before committing to a full breakdown. Ask for it in your first inquiry. Bulk pricing is available across every model in the catalog, and the returns policy sets out how shortages, transit damage and manufacturing faults are handled on wholesale orders.
